So far I am enjoying "A Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior" by Dan Ariely. I never read any of his books, but I meant to.

stupid insomnia

I haven't had insomnia in a while. I wonder why now I have it. Someone at the neighbor's was crying and screaming too, which didn't help. I hope everything is okay..sounded like a child's tantrum. It quieted down though, so...should be okay. Now I'll just stay up for a while and hopefully get more tired.

I had a dream last night that my therapist made me change clothes before he'd talk to me because I looked so bad.
