If there is a problem person with whom you work, what are the most frustrating characteristics of that person? (bad listener? controlling? avoidant? passive-aggressive? ineffective?) Is there anything that would help in your opinion?

I work with someone who is very moody. Sometimes she is helpful; other times she is snotty and manipulative. It makes work really unpleasant, and I wish if something was upsetting her, she could just be honest and open about that so that we could move forward.
